:: Principle of Powerking Rock splitter.(Patented Technology!)

Non Vibration Rock Breaking Method by Powerking Rock splitter uses the multiple hydraulic pistons push the rock toward the free face side.

:: The work process is;

	-	Drill the hole of which diameter is bigger than 80mmØ and 1~3 meter deep by crawler drill or leg drill.
	-	Put the power cylinders into the holes and then push the rock toward the free face side.
	-	Totally 1,000~ 1,400 ton power pushes the rock for 2-4 minute and then the rock will be split.
	-	For the transportation of broken rock, hydraulic hammer will be used for breaking the large size of broken rock.

The productivity and efficiency is mainly depending on how many holes are ready because the breaking period is so short as 2~4 minute.
We recommend that 2~ 3 units of crawler drill work with one unit of Powerking Rock splitter.

Powerking Rock splitter is more powerful and much higher productive than any other non-Explosive technology like DARDA or BRISTA.	Due to the drilling by crawler drill, it is not possible to use Rock Splitter at narrow space.
Power cylinder is lighter than DARDA or other brand Splitter for easy handling and safety.	Rock Breaking cost is more expensive than blasting.
Versatile sizes of power cylinders (70Ø, 75Ø. 80Ø. 85Ø. ~ 200Ø) are suitable for any job sites.

Low consumption of electric. ( only 7 KW is enough)
